Quiet Knight, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) established in 2010 with a mission to provide assistance and aid to veterans and others in northeastern Indiana in times of immediate need or when other support organizations are unable to meet all of their needs.
We chose our name for specific reasons.
First, we are Quiet, we never advertise who we are assisting! If you are down on your luck, the last thing you need is everyone in the community knowing it.
Second, we chose Knight, to represent the fact that we are here to help when others can’t!
Since Quiet Knight’s inception we have obtained the majority of our funding through donations from veterans organizations, local businesses, and individuals, plus local fundraisers. Furthermore, utilizing a volunteer workforce we are able to maintain a two percent or less operating cost in an effort to support those in need to the maximum extent possible.
Quiet Knight strives to overcome the three barriers that face most non-profit organizations who provide assistance.
Quiet Knight operates solely on donations. Therefore, we are always in need of support. If you can, we ask that you please support your community! No donation is too small, we graciously accept anything you can afford to donate!
In addition to cash donations, we routinely come across the need for vehicles both standard and wheel chair accessible.
We can accept Cash, Checks, Vehicles, Property, and limited personal property. Remember, all of your donations are tax deductible!
If you are able to donate, please do so at one of the paypal buttons to the right, or by contacting us at:
